How ?

• A first appointment is settled to discuss about the contract, the goals and the practical conditions (this first meeting is free).
• Writing of an individual contract which will define the action plan and the commitment towards change.
• 4 to 8 sessions lasting one hour and a half or two hours over a maximum of 6 months.
• Intermediary sessions possible through Skype or by phone.
• Preferential conditions according to your personal situation (ask us).

Presentation of your coach, Corinne Moret :

As a certified coach, she is using Transactional Analysis (TOB I & II), Process Comm Management and NLP. She can also deliver short trainings in interpersonal communication, public speaking and other topics of personal development applied to professional life such as self-esteem, development of charisma, leadership and management competencies.

Most of the clients she has the pleasure to accompany, are those who live a big change in their career (expatriation, retraining, higher responsibilities, change of job …..). She is also working as a consultant specialized in internal communications, in connection with the steps of change that every organisation handles one day or another.
